we were reading about an athlete and we made our own steps. these are only ideas so listen to the proper guidelines because they will provide more accurate steps.
becoming an athlete.
Decided what sport you want to do.
Get a good coach and practice hard.
As you get older put in more and more time.
If there is something you don’t like see if you can fix it!
Don’t push yourself. better to know your limits than to badly hurt yourself.
I think that you need a lot more information to make steps like this. do you have any ideas to make steps that require less information.
