math term 2 week 7

we were doing math. here's what we did.

term 2 week 7 reading.

we were doing reading. we learnt about Samoan cultures and finding the main idea.
I think learning about other cultures is really fun. do you like learning about other cultures.

Egyptian work

we were learning about ancient Egypt and I learnt that it lasted for a very long time.

what do I see?

What do I see. I see the waves break at the shore. I feel the icy cold waves ripple around me.

What do I see. I see the dark water stretch out endlessly. I feel the wind whip my face.

What do I see. I see blue fish dash around me. I feel the fish tickle me as I come closer.

What do I see. I see the kelp sway in the water. I feel the water cool me down.

What do I see. I see the surface of the water glow with a strange light. I feel the stingrays jets of water wash over me.

the lock down was usual enough

The lock down was usual enough. It had empty streets, eerily quite streets and people stayed at home. some people even panic shopped. Me and my family took walks, played games, watched movies, read books and played board games. We just did nothing important.

my lockdown reflection

I learnt that I like reading and that I get bored easily. I learnt that I like change and helping out. I learnt that if I do the same thing every day I get quickly bored. I learnt that spending time with my family is one of my favorite things.

I learnt that we as a family get bored quickly. We find it boring to be stuck at home doing nothing. I learnt that playing games with my family is a very fun thing to do. I learnt that family is very important and we don't usually appreciate it.

I learnt that we are very good at staying home even if we don't like it. I learnt that we help each other out and we are kind in our hearts.

I learnt that when it matters we are kind. I learnt that we care about our country and we respect Jacinda  Ardern.

I learnt that we mostly travel by car. And that most people work far away.
